New York City has numerous retail establishments, however it doesn’t have the huge sprawling malls that are found in other parts of the USA. Space is available at a premium in New York City and there are hardly any malls or shopping centers (except for one -the smallish Manhattan Mall on 33rd street and Broadway) on the island of Manhattan. However in the outer boroughs where slightly more space can be found there are a few malls like the Queen’s Center Mall in Elmhurst, Queens and the Kings Plaza Mall in Brooklyn.
