There is no standard calendar for international schools although they can be very similar to each other. School calendars and holiday schedules will differ by each international school. Check individual international schools’ websites for their latest academic calendars.

Chinese public school calendars usually consist of two semesters, starting in September and March, with a summer break in July and August.

The following calendar is from The British School of Beijing and is an example of a typical academic calendar.
