Christmas Around the World

A Message from the Expat Info Desk team

Christmas is finally here and expatriates all over the world will be either returning home to enjoy the festive season with their family and friends or will be attempting to recreate Christmas as they know it in their adoptive homes.

At this time of year it is customary to reflect on the achievements you have made over the last year. The Expat Info Desk team here are very proud of our accomplishments. 2009 has been a very special year for us as it has seen the launch of our online site and the publication of 26 comprehensive expatriate guides that cover cities throughout the world. Of course, this has taken a significant amount of work and we could not have done it without all of our dedicated writers and editors who have invested significant time and energy in producing the guides that we are so proud of. We would like to extend our personal thanks to all of these writers and look forward to working with many of you over the next year as we periodically review and update each city guide.

We have also recently updated our website and are delighted with the new look and feel. Thanks to everyone who has been involved with that. Looking forward to 2010, we have many exciting projects in the pipeline that we believe will be of significant benefit to our customers. We’re keeping some of them under our hat for now, but suffice to say, you can expect a more interactive user experience and many new functional additions to our online guides. Keep checking back over the next few months and we guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

We would also like to thank all of the people who have purchased our expat guides. We appreciate your custom and hope that our guides have added significant value to your expatriate experience. As always, we welcome any feedback and suggestions for improvement that our customers have. Please feel free to contact us at any time using the ‘Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.

Finally, wherever you are, and whatever you are doing this season, everyone here at The Expat Info Desk team would like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and all the best for the year ahead. Here’s to an exciting and progressive 2010!

Best Wishes,

Everyone at the Expat Info Desk
