You can visit the Council Tax Office where they can usually answer your questions quickly and simply. Address: Bijlmerplein 395 1102 DK Amsterdam Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.00 pm
The Council Tax Office can also be contacted by phone. Antwoord is the telephone service offered by the city of Amsterdam that allows all Amsterdam residents to pose questions to the city council. The telephone number for Antwoord is 14 020. Please note: you do not have to dial the 020 area code first, but it is only possible to dial from a Dutch phone. Antwoord can be contacted from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
However, considering how opaque the taxation system can be for foreigners, many companies regularly employing expatriates will have regular contact with tax advisors and accountants who can help you with all financial questions (usually including insurance and pensions as well).
However, if you need some starting points the following accountants have experience with taxes for expats.
