Hi my husband mo ed to the uk in 1999 & became a British citizen in 2005. Now his father has passed away how does he access his inheritance? He did not leave formally as in 1999 he had virtually nothing the bare minimum to get into the uk. He has no bank account thete anymore as it was closed by the bank. Please advise! Thank you
