Hello,
I hold the US nationality by birth but left the country while an infant, 35 years ago. I have never been, lived or worked in the US ever since. I recently found out about the tax obligations US expats have and I need some advice on whether I was supposed to be filing my income to the IRS all these years and if I should do so in the future, given the fact that I have never been to the US since birth.
