Hello everybody,

I am currently conducting a survey on “trust in distant leadership” within the scope of my master thesis at the department of international management at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany).

For this I am looking for persons that are …

… distant leaders of at least one person/follower that is located in another country than the follower.

OR

… distant followers that are located in another country than their leaders.
Distant leadership means that the leader and the follower are located in different countries and work together via virtual tools remotely.
