Retiring in Oct 15. What kind of visa should I apply for so i don’t lose my military retirement? My spouse is a Spanish citizen. Also will my children also spanish citizen be able to use the base for health care. Or will I need to purchase Tricare coverage. Thanks for the help. Joe
