Tokyo is now the most expensive city for expatriates
7th July 2009Mercer has just released its 2009 Cost of Living survey. Tokyo knocks Moscow off the top spot as the most expensive city for expatriates; Johannesburg is the cheapest. Asian and European cities dominate the top 10.
