Check conditions of health insurance before you return

This highly useful article from The Telegraph online warns all UK expats who are considering returning home to check the small print of their health insurance, especially when it comes to pre-existing conditions. As the credit crunch worsens, so the underwriting rules will get more stringent and people will find that they are not insured for what they thought they were.

Not all insurance policies are directly transferable on return to the UK so it is important to double check and contact your provider should there be an issue.
