British Women of Moscow: Monthly Coffee Mornings

British Embassy, Moscow

What:

An opportunity to meet fellow expatriates living in Moscow in an informal environment. There is plenty of time to chat and even to shop, as different artisans are invited each month to sell their wares during the meeting. A book exchange table will also be on offer (with proceeds going to a BWC-supported charity).  If you are interested in attending in please contact please contact members@bwcmoscow.co.uk in advance (by the previous Thursday).

Where:

The British Embassy is located on the river bank close to the White House. The entrance to the Embassy is on Protochny Pereulok.The nearest metro station is Smolenskaya - on the number 4 blue line (line number 3, also blue, will take you to the wrong side of the street!). The Embassy is a 5 min. walk from the station.

When:

2nd Tuesday of every month, excluding July and September.  10am-12noon.

Delhi newcomers coffee meeting

What:

For many of us, Delhi Network has been (and continues to be) a lifeline, a sanity saver.It’s a fixed weekly appointment in the diary – whether one has just arrived here, or it’s been a couple of years and suddenly most of one’s friends have moved on to new assignments, a coffee morning or the Delhi Network office is a place to come and be sure that there will be a friendly person to talk to. All of us have been new to Delhi at some point. No matter how basic or strange your question may seem, you can feel free to ask it.
